This Privacy Policy describes how Olive Green Holdings Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit readminutes.com (the “Site”).

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. The reading time calculator runs entirely in your browser. Any text or word count you enter into the tool stays on your device — we do not transmit, store, or log it.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and analytics services may automatically collect:

• IP address
• Browser type and version
• Device type and operating system
• Pages visited, time on page, referring URL
• Approximate geographic location (country/region level)

Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. How consent is handled depends on where you are visiting from — see Section 4 below for full details.

• To understand which features people use and how to improve them

4. Cookies and advertising

Analytics cookies. On your first visit we show a cookie banner for analytics. No analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are set until you accept. If you reject, no analytics cookies are set and your choice is remembered locally. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Advertising cookies — EEA, UK and Switzerland visitors. If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, a separate consent message is shown by Google's certified Consent Management Platform before any advertising cookies are set or personalised ads are shown. You can consent, refuse, or manage your choices at that prompt. Your ad-consent choice is stored by Google in accordance with the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF).

Advertising cookies — other regions. 6. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data retention

Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics 4 default). We do not retain the text you paste into the reading time calculator, because we never receive it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for a reasonable period.
